Write to us
The address
Email editor@collateralmurder.com. What we do with your message is set out in the privacy page, and what you may do with what is here is in the terms. We read everything. We reply to most things, and we always reply to corrections and to messages from people named on the site or their families.
What is most useful to send
- Corrections. The page address and what is wrong with it. If the fault is that a page will not work with your browser or reader, the accessibility statement explains how we treat that. See how corrections work.
- Documents. If you know of a record in the public domain that this archive has missed, tell us where it is published.
- First-hand accounts. If you were there, in any capacity, and want something on the record, write and we will talk about how.
- Takedown and privacy requests. Explained on the corrections page.
What we cannot help with
Out of scope
We cannot give legal advice, we cannot pass messages to anyone in this story, and we do not have copies of classified material. We also do not host the footage and cannot supply it.
Guest posts, link requests and advertising
No paid placement, ever
We do not sell links, do not publish sponsored posts, and do not take advertising. Requests of that kind are deleted without a reply. Genuine offers of research help are very welcome.
